The original castle mod was one of several that broke when we moved the server to 0.4.14 and the hurriedly found replacement simply did not measure up. The textures were poor and in some cases completely changed. It was nice to have a version of the mod with working tapestries, but that didn’t make up for the losses.

So I teamed up with a certain awesome Batman to create a version of the mod with the best bits of both the old and the new versions. We now have the tapestries and doors that work, but also the original, better quality textures.
